Lancaster is a city of sandstone terraces, Georgian townhouses below the castle and post-war semis out towards Scotforth and Bowerham, most of it roofed in Welsh slate or concrete tile. Wind and rain coming in off Morecambe Bay find every tired ridge and flashing. We fix what has actually failed and put the price in writing first.
We live and work in the same towns we serve. We know the local housing stock and which jobs give trouble round here. No franchise, no subcontractors shipped in from elsewhere.
Your written quote is the price you pay. We itemise every cost upfront. No "while we're here" extras, no surprise invoices when the job is done.
Call or fill in the form and someone rings you back the same day. We confirm a visit date on that first call. No chasing, no voicemail loops.
Public liability and employer's liability insurance in place on every job. We can email certificates before work starts, so there's no chasing needed.
